How to delete your account in the app

1. Open CerinCoin
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

What will be deleted

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify the data associated with it, including:

• your account profile and any email address used for sign-in
• your scan history and the coin photos you have taken
• your collections, including notes, tags, grades and condition details
• your portfolio value history and activity data

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play; please cancel there to stop future charges.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for:

• security and fraud prevention
• billing, payment, or transaction records
• compliance with legal or regulatory obligations
• dispute resolution or enforcement of our terms

If any data is retained, it will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and kept only for as long as required.
